Account Support Specialists with Dutch or Nordic Languages

Your new company is a leading multinational that is currently expanding their European Head Quarters and are looking for ambitious entry level candidates to be part of their busy multicultural team.

Your new role
You will be in charge of the operational and on-site delivery process. You will be answering customer queries and maintain excellent  relationships with suppliers and customers. You will work as part of a busy multicultural team and will liaise with other departments to achieve customers' satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to be fluent in English and Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish and have a minimum of 6 months working in a customer service role.You will also need to be a team player and have excellent communication skills. 
A good and detailed knowledge of IT fundamentals, Operating Systems or a third level qualification will be a distinct advantage.Entry level candidates with a strong motivation for the role will also be considered.
