Our client is a leading Irish chain with 110 stores spanning over Ireland and the UK. The company began in 1986 and now stands as one of the most innovative names in the children's toys and entertainment sector. With vacancies nationwide they are looking for ambitious duty managers to become a part of their organisation who want to follow their structure to progress to senior management.
Your new role
Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of your assigned store. You will assist in the achievement of company KPI's; ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service; deliver unparalleled company standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance and take on the role of Store Manager in the event of their absence therefore preparing you for future progression and ensuring that you fully adopt the companies internal procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record at a duty manager or assistant manager level; be able to demonstrable - operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication competencies; show that you are customer service orientated; be highly motivated, ambitious and a positive self starter; have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft excel and ideally have a business related degree.
