Reliability Engineer for a 12 month FTC in Dublin


Your new company
You will be contracted into a Bio-Pharmaceutical site in Dublin on a 12 month FTC. An innovative global pharmaceutical company that produce medicines, vaccines and healthcare products.

Your new role
In the position as a Reliability Engineer you will support the development of an asset care program to maximise equipment availability while providing strong technical leadership skills. Implement continuous improvement strategies to ensure you lead the assets care program to follow best practice methods.
Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the maintenance performance measurement for the business.
  • Define the requirement and influence the data collection quality for process development.
  • Preform reviews of the strategy put in place.
  • Compile reliability and data report on equipment performance. 
  • Analyse equipment operation data.
  • Focal point for monitoring performance indicators for asset care management program
  • Monitors new technology and keeps management updated on the new developments
  • Ensure all systems drawings and data are reviewed regularly and kept in an as-built state.
  • Establish a benchmark process for the maintenance and support of the area Process equipment and ensure the function is market competitive.



What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Bio-Pharmaceutical is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of cGMP
  • Proven track record of successful work in process engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to upgrade or direct technical aspects of equipment design, installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and repair, or to obtain appropriate outside services to accomplish same.
  • Working knowledge of production operations, scheduling, design, planning, process evaluation, equipment selection.
