Your new company
Your new role would be working for a leading bank within the Workforce Optimisation team. This is a small team of 4 employees, who support the sales team and in turn the wider bank, in delivering its objectives. Your team is based in one of the bank’s main contact centres in Kildare, with good bus and rail links and onsite parking.
Your new role
Your new company is the market leader and has built a great reputation for putting their customers first. One of the ways the bank is adapting to the ever-increasing fast-paced society is by offering customers the opportunity to have video consultations with financial advisors, a great solution for those who aren’t able to make it into a branch! Your new role would be key in facilitating this service, by managing the mailbox for referrals, scheduling consultations and liaising with both the advisers and clients, who will be a variety of personal and business customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment within a sector that is going through a period of great change, so you’ll need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to learn on the job. You’ll be using computers every day in your role so IT literacy is key, in particular Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook. You’ll need to have very strong organisational skills and be able to work on a fast-paced team. To meet the educational requirements, you’ll need to have passed your Leaving Certificate to include Maths and English at ordinary level, or subsequently attained an Honours degree.
What you'll get in return
This job is an opportunity both to add value to the organisation as well as gaining invaluable experience within one of Ireland’s most recognised brands. You will be offered a temporary assignment through Hays, meaning you’ll paid every Friday, and will receive a competitive rate of €12.42 per hour. You will be working full time, Monday to Friday, and if you do work overtime, you’ll be remunerated accordingly.
