Your new company is a leading provider of Insurance. They require a Team Lead on a Twelve month Fixed term contact basis.
Your new role
Your new role is a vital part of the Company. It is your responsibility to drive the customer service departments performance. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Spending the majority of your time with your team. Helping our people understand what matters to customers and support them to deliver this, working in line with their purpose and principles.
- You are APA/CIP qualified so you are able to assess your team’s ongoing competency by listening to calls, asking questions to gain understanding.
- Facilitate group discussions that help your team increase their understanding and grow the way they think
- Create a learning environment by sharing what has worked and what you have learnt when things haven’t gone as you expected
- Use data and measures to help guide the decisions your team make to maintain and improve performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be APA/CIP qualified and have a extensive senior customer service and mentoring experience.
What you'll get in return
You will get a twelve month fixed term contract and a competitive annual salary of €40.000-€43,000.
