Your new company
You will be working with a leading asset manager and provider of third-party loan and advisory services. This emerging player in the FinTech space has over €14 billion of loan and commercial real estate assets under management. These are comprised of commercial real estate portfolios and residential mortgages, as well as personal, small and medium enterprise (SME) and auto loans. You will have the opportunity to work for a global financial services business which focuses on three key disciplines across the residential and commercial property sectors: Lending, Advisory and Asset Management.
Your new role
You new role will entail completing test planning, test script development, test execution and reporting to ensure that all solutions meet the required quality criteria in advance of being deployed for use by the business. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will Support the delivery of IT/Finance changes and project management by providing effective UAT, provide assistance to the IT/Finance team on request and ensure test scripts relate to how the user uses the system. You will provide end user training on request and execute knowledge sharing sessions to the team. You will also be responsible for communicating all changes to the business users adapting the message to suit the change and the audience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a recognised IT / Testing or Project Management Qualification and some experience in test planning and test execution. It will be a bonus if you have experience in use of ARM.Net and knowledge of CCMA, CPC, and SME regulatory requirements. Experience/strong understanding of Financial Services is also desirable but not essential. You will have excellent analytical skills, organisational skills and be an excellent problem solver.
