Finance Manager

You must be an ambitious Top4 Qualified Accountant seeking a step up into a leading Finance Manager job.

Your new role
Reporting directly to an experienced CFO, you will have responsibility for the preparation of financial information and maintenance of a strong controls environment.

This role will leverage from your technical accounting experience and enhance you with strong commercial experience. The role will set you on an upward trajectory in your career.

  • Prepare Monthly Management Information including Group Consolidated Balance sheet, Cash Flow Reporting and Forecasts.
  • Responsibility for Financial Management of set markets.
  • Manage the Controllership Environment within Finance to include; Policies & Procedures, monthly reviews of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and oversight of Regional Finance Management and Tax Compliance.
  • Manage the relationship and oversight of the Business Process Outsourced Provider that provides transaction processing support to the Finance team.
  • Lead Global Annual External Audit and Tax Filing Process and Annual R&D Tax Credit Submission Process.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams in developing optimum and efficient processes.
  • Assist in establishing and documenting new business processes and ensure these processes are communicated across the various business groups.
  • Prepare and review of information for Board Meetings and Strategic Reviews.
  • Ad-Hoc reporting and projects for the CFO and the Business as required.
  • Monitor industry developments, economic trends and business cycle forecasts to determine impacts on financial reporting and business models.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a Top4 trained Qualified Accountant - Chartered, ACA or ACCA with 4 to 7 years PQE in a fast paced multinational environment.

A strong audit an technical accounting background is essential to succeed.

You must be a confident contributor with strong business partnering / communication skills. People management skills and experience/understanding of the workings of a large company.
