Your new employer designs and manufactures packaging and systems for pharmaceutical companies across the world.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be providing support for 600 daily users for Microsoft technology. You are also responsible for setting up laptops and computers for the company’s large staff onsite.

What you'll need to succeed
You have at least 3 years’ experience in Technical Support (desktop support incl MS Office Suite, active directory, MS office 365 etc). As mentioned, you will be supporting a site with 600 users, so you have exemplary customer service skills to go with your hands-on tech experience. A certification in MS technology is a distinct advantage but is by no means essential.
