Receptionist required for a temporary contract with an Employer of Choice based in Cork City

Your new role
As Receptionist, you will be the front face of the organisation meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival. You will be responsible for managing a busy switchboard, booking meetings, scheduling appointments, making sure visitors sign in to the visitors books and distributing visitors badges. You will be responsible for logging employees hours onto SAP, organising medical examinations, organising meetings and travel and carrying out any other ad-hoc duties that may come with this role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 3-4 years reception or administration experience. You will have strong customer service skills. You will have extensive experience using Microsoft Office, have a proficient knowledge of SAP and have experience managing a busy switchboard. You must be immediately available.
