HR Administrator - 3 Month - €13.21 per hour
Your new company
One of the ‘Big Four’ commercial banks in Ireland. A customer and employee focused, trendsetting and profitable company with over 200 locations around Ireland. The bank is a new age corporate that offers diversity, dynamism and exceptional training opportunities. The location for the role is in the brand-new offices neighbouring Heuston Station. The location has excellent bus, train and Luas accessibility and great nearby facilities including stores, coffee shops and a gym.

Your new role.
You will be the newest member of a team of five people who form the HR direct team who are responsible for providing HR services to the people leaders and employees. The team provide direct support for a full range of HR services and advice to everyone from the new joiners to the finishers. In the role you will manage HR related processes, maintaining employee records on the HR system. Updating the database of employee files and contracts and ensuring all employees receive outstanding HR services. You will need to be able to actively listen, advise and support employees in an efficient, effective and friendly way.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have achieved a minimum of a pass in your leaving certificate in both Maths and English examinations at ordinary level or alternatively hold a completed level 8 bachelor’s degree. Basic administration experience would be required to demonstrate internal customer service skills as well as experience in administration tasks (i.e. scanning and data entry). A business or HR degree is desirable but not necessary for the role. Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively via email. Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite especially in Excel and SAP HR would be a distinct advantage. As it is an three month placement, students will be considered for this position if they have the above mentioned requirements.
