Your new company is a well know, well established construction organisation-based in Galway who now require a HR Generalist to join their team

Your new role
You will work as part of a team in conjunction with the Management team and General Manager's across the UK & Ireland. You will be responsible for the complete Human Resource function including high volume end to end recruitment and selection, training and development, implementation and management of a quality systems, grievance and disciplinary procedures and industrial relations. You will assist with the payroll function and carry out any additional HR ad hoc projects as required

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a third level qualification (HR, Business or Commerce), CIPD qualification an advantage. You will have 4/5 years in a similar generalist role and have Strong communication & have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be IT Proficient (Microsoft suite/SAP/Micropay)and have an ability to prioritise multiple tasks and cope with pressure of peak workloads through good planning & time management.
