Your new role
Working as a Project Coordinator you will have a distinct interest in Vendor, Contract & Relationship Management. You will be involved in the continuous improvement of processes, with an eye for detail and a process driven outlook. You will be liaising with various stakeholders and be directly involved in the governance and compliance within the company. You should be open to change and flexibility, no one day will be the same.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent communication and engagement skills, including demonstrated ability to keep relevant stakeholders informed. Extensive MS Office skills in Word, PowerPoint & Excel, demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes, SharePoint knowledge an advantage. Proven ability to take instruction, to multitask, to prioritise and complete work effectively and accurately, within tight deadlines and to a high standard with flexibility and adaptability to changes to requirements and the working environment. Proven ability in being proactive, seeking improvement opportunities, identifying issues/opportunities and proposing solutions, working as part of a highly productive team. Appreciation of Risk and Contract Management approaches and activities would be an advantage. Strong drive for ongoing self-development and career planning and willingness to take on other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. You must have previous work experience in an equivalent operational support function. Demonstrate high levels of integrity, diplomacy and discretion in handling confidential information and in responding to Customers and Partners, inside and outside the organisation.
