Your new company is a leading public services organisation based in Maynooth. Your new office is currently under expansion, is conveniently located and widely accessible by many public transport links, including both bus and train services. There is also parking onsite.

Your new role
Your new role, as administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of administration duties, including filing, faxing and scanning and processing large volumes of documents. In addition to this, you will remain confidential at all times. You will be providing excellent customer service at all times and ensuring all administration procedures are carried out in line with standards.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will be immediately available for both interview and placement. In addition to this, you will have recent and relevant experience as a clerical officer or administrator. You will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in prioritising tasks accordingly.
