Client Service Manager - TA

Client Services Manager, Transfer Agency, Dublin City Centre or Limerick location, permanent vacancy

Your new company
Your new company is one of the country's leading fund administrators and custodians. You will be working in the TA Client Services team, a team responsible for ensuring that the top clients receive the best service possible. The TA department carry out a full third party administration service to various fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder services. You will be joining an established team, reporting to the Head of TA Client Services Ireland, and you can be based either in the Limerick or Dublin city centre office.

Your new role
Your new role is a fusion of relationship management and people management, with responsibility for a number of key clients as well as several direct reports within the department. In terms of the client-side, you will have responsibility for the oversight of the full TA services, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and any issues resolved, but you will not be doing the operational duties. Rather you will work closely with the ops teams to work out deliverable targets and deadlines and ensure these are met. The team is transforming and you will be involved with projects and development of new products within TA. On the people-side, you will be managing a team of experienced managers and will be seen as the deputy within the department. Its a varied role, which will provide you with the opportunity to overcome challenges and really have involvement in the evolution of the department.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced client services manager with a thorough understanding of Transfer Agency, ideally having previously worked within this area at an operational level. You will need experience in people management, and if you had change management experience this would also be advantageous.
