Technical Coordinator - Custody Client Services

You will be joining a huge financial institution who serves the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service. They are based in Co. Limerick where there is free parking on site.

Your new role You will be joining the Custody Client Services Team who are responsible for 450+ clients. As a Technical Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for all custody service delivery issues or concerns. You’ll be responsible for taking ownership, management and resolution of all Investment Manager queries. You will also monitor client data and resolution of cash and stock expectation. The role also involved coordinating account openings as instructed by the Investment Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven Client Services experience and the ability to work well within a team and achieve daily deadlines, as well as having an interest in eventually transitioning into a Team Lead role within the department. Global Custody operational knowledge / experience would be an advantage.
