Your new company is an employer of choice, based in Dublin City Centre. Your new office is currently under expansion and is seeking a Receptionist, on a temporary basis. Your new office is conveniently located, and is widely accessible by many public transport links.

Your new role
Your new role as receptionist will involve a broad range of both reception and administration duties, varying from filing, faxing and scanning, and handling emails and phone calls. As receptionist, you will be acting as first point of contact for all incoming clients, meeting and greeting them accordingly. You will be responsible for all general ad-hoc duties including ordering all office supplies needed.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will have recent and relevant experience as a Receptionist. You will be confident managing a busy switchboard and transferring calls accordingly. In addition to this, you will be open to short term temporary assignments and be immediately available to start.
