Your new company
You will see yourself as a clerical officer in one of Ireland's most reputable healthcare organisations. This organisation is in the heart of Dublin City and is easily accessible via public transport.

Your new role
As the clerical officer your day to day roles will include document and database management, scheduling, email queries and responding to phone calls. You will be responsible for taking minutes at meetings as well as processing large volumes of documentation. You will support management and a wider team as well as any other ad-hoc duties that may fall into your new position.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be immediately available and have recent relevant experience in a similar role with organising meetings and minute taking. As this role requires the management of documentation you will have experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organisational skills are essential and experience within a healthcare organisation is desirable
