Your new company is a reputable charity, based Dublin’s city centre. This company is easily accessible by public transport methods, including the luas and Dublin bus.

Your new role
You will be responsible for day to day administrative and secretarial support. You will schedule meetings and manage diaries for senior employees. You will manage calendars and events efficiently and organise meetings and facilities.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you will have office experience where you managed diaries and calendars of multiple stakeholders. You will have experience in drafting agendas, minute/note taking and drafting and writing of reports. It is preferable that you have strong organisational and administration skills.
