Your new company
Your new company is an expanding medical company based in Limerick, with several additional sites across Ireland. Currently, they are looking for you to work on an initial part time basis as their medical secretary. You will have a modern and spacious work space where you will get hands on experience and the opportunity to work with a well-established organisation. You will also receive a competitive hourly rate.

Your new role
You will be providing a secretarial and administrative service to a group of Consultants. Answer telephone calls from internal/external sources. Resolve enquiries/queries which may be directed from patients, colleagues or healthcare professionals. At times such enquiries may be of a delicate or emotive nature requiring using own judgement to assess and escalate as appropriate. You will need to Manage and priorities your own workload, ensuring a prompt and efficient turnaround.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have strong experience within the medical sector and Ideally within a secretarial / administrative role. You will also have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail due to the nature of work you will be handling.
