Your new role
You are being asked to overhaul the current payroll system. Take the system from a basic system to implementing a better, more efficient way to do their business. You will be processing payroll for over 200 employees across NI and ROI on a weekly and monthly basis. Alongside this you will be responsible for creating a benefits package and ensuring these are all rolled out and implemented efficiently. You will work closely alongside the HR director and assist with any ad hoc duties required.

What you'll need to succeed
A positive can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn, as well as a drive to progress your career within the company. Similar experience will be a bonus. Experience with payroll systems is essential. If you are studying towards ACCA or similar this will be highly regarded.
