Phone Banking, Leopardstown, 3 month initial contract

Your new company
One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations Nationwide who provide a diverse range of services to banking, financial and related services are currently seeking a Customer Service representative to work within a busy call centre environment.

Your new role
This is an ideal role for an individual who would like to take the first step towards building a career in Banking. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer’s experience on call is as streamlined and efficient as possible. You will be fully trained up to handle any incoming calls and will be the first point of contact for any phone banking queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent customer services skills with previous experience within a busy customer facing environment. You will be a strong team player who understands the importance of working effectively with others. You will need to meet the minimum education requirements of 5 passes including English & Maths at ordinary or higher level in the Leaving Certificate or an Honours degree.

What you'll get in return
