Education Coordinator | €15 - €18 p/h | South Dublin | 6 - 9 Month Assignment

Your new company
As Education Coordinator you will join a Professional Membership organisation that aim to provide support and advice to working professionals in their day to day practice through education and training courses. Your new company has adapted to virtual methods of teaching and require you to join their Learning and Development team for an initial 6 months to cover a maternity leave. Your new office is in South Dublin and is accessible via public transport.

Your new role
As Education Coordinator you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of educational operations and events within the organisation. This will involve the management of memberships, schedules, course bookings and the coordination of tutors, and courses venues/virtual platforms. You will also be the main point of contact for members and tutors regarding course information. Additionally, you will have responsibility for the organisations Learning Management System and will assist with its development, maintenance and reviews

What you'll need to succeed
Recent relevant experience in a similar role is essential. Previous management of a Learning Management System is necessary along with the ability to learn new IT systems as majority of learning content will be presented virtually. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
