Your new company
Your new company, an Irish-owned Medicines/Medical devices organisation based in Dublin. This well-established company, which has been in operation for over 100 years, has offices based in Ireland and the UK and have a dedicated workforce along with the backing of the DCC, one of Irelands largest PLCs. As a result of company expansion, they are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their team.

Your new role
In your new role you will be reporting to the Engineering Director whilst having a team of 20+ staff reporting to you. You will have worked in a similar position and have experience working under pressure. Your day-to-day duties will include, leading, motivating and controlling the Community Care Services team members and ensure all have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities to deliver the required levels of performance.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintain SOPs, as well as compiling and analysing KPI/Metrics to assess performance, ensuring efficiency, productivity and quality levels are achieved. You will drive quality, service and cost reduction initiatives. You will assess daily completion levels and analyse data to assess performance, understand the variances to plan and engage in continuous improvement/ business process re-engineering. You will also be responsible for the preparation, measurement and reporting of KPIs. What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you must be available to interview immediately. You will ideally have 2-3 years’ experience in managing a service-oriented business, with the ability to multitask and prioritise. You will be efficient in Microsoft Suite, have strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels in an organisation

In return you will receive a competitive salary Salary DOE plus a 10% bonus of your basic salary. The company’s Pension plan will be available after 6 months pension at a rate of 5% ER and 5% EE.
