Working in the busy and fun Dublin office which covers all of our core recruitment specialisms and provides support to our candidates and clients across Dublin. We are currently looking for a candidate with previous recruitment experience to join us as a Recruitment consultant or above.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Consultant in Dublin you will manage the complete recruitment process, focusing your candidate and client activity to one of our core specialisms. You will be responsible for winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing ones, through both telephone and face to face meetings. You will be sourcing and meeting new candidates through various means, including advertising and networking. You’ll also maintain regular contact with existing candidates using our market leading database, whilst consistently hitting KPI’s and sales targets.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is busy and pressurised but very rewarding. It requires a very well organised individual with an eye for detail and commitment not only to the candidate element of the role, but also to ensuring high sales activity and motivation to achieve targets. Being committed is key, we are looking to recruit an individual who wants to work alongside management and directors to ensure the continued success of Hays and their own career progression within the Hays business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in a full 360 recruitment role- ideally 1+ year. You will have a proven track record of success and will thrive working in our high performance, corporate sales environment. You’ll demonstrate your exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients and candidates, whilst also building relationships. You will be ambitious and driven to progress your career through demonstrating your inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. As well as possessing both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have attention to detail with a strong work ethic to achieve successful results.
