Your new company
Your new company is a public-sector organisation based in North Dublin, who has an excellent reputation for providing transport services throughout Ireland. This is a short-term contract position available to cover Parental Leave until the end of December 2020, to work closely with the Regional HR Service Deliver Manager

Your new role

As HR assistant you will work closely with the Regional HR Service Delivery Manager, advising staff of their employment conditions of service, pension and welfare schemes, ill health, retirement, voluntary redundancy. You will ensure that accurate and up to date records are maintained relating to recruitment, training, promotions, retirements, award schemes. Organising aptitude tests along with assisting with interviews and other HR related duties. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a reputable Public Sector company.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you ideally will have a HR Qualification, with at least 2 years knowledge and understanding of the full range of HR legislation, policies and procedures. With working knowledge of Core and Core BI you would be a very strong candidate for this position.
