Your new company
Your new company is a well-known Irish owned organisation in the FMCG industry. There is now an opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join the leadership team and partner with the Management teams to guide, advise and support them on all aspects of the Procurement Function.
Your new role
Your new role as the Procurement Manager will see you handling various responsibilities which will include strategising to find cost-effective deals and excellent supply partners in order to manage procurement expenses across a wide range of areas in the business. You will also conduct negotiations with existing and potential new suppliers to achieve pricing consistent with market requirements whilst also maintaining the required quality, level of service and security of supply.
What you'll need to succeed
To be able to succeed in this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and ideally hold strong analytical, planning, negotiation, management and procurement experience. If you contain good people management and and operational skills whilst also having motivation and the desire to progress then this is a role for you.
