You will be joining a well-established organisation on a permanent basis as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis where you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, due to expediential business growth. Your new role
Your new role will be to work as part of the dedicated Talent Acquisition team, this is an exciting team going through a strong growth phase now. Within the role, you will play a key part in providing a full 360 service delivering the TA needs within the growing business. In addition to the numbers, this includes bringing in the best resources in the industry, ensuring they are a match to the culture we wish to build.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of work experience within a Talent Acquisition role – preferably inhouse. You will need to be highly motivated with a drive for results and a desire to supply the critical success factors. You will also need to have a strong emphasis on process, be a real team player, take personal responsibility & pride in your own work and be capable of forging strong relationships with various individuals across the business
