Accounts Assistant - Full Time - Perm - 30 - 33k DOE - Flexi time

Your new company
Your new company is a long established and well know Accounts firm specialising in the hospitality industry dealing with large multinational chains. They are looking to add an ambitious Accounts assistant to their team.

Your new role
You will be sending P&l pack to the stores on a weekly basis including the Nominal Ledger information and answering any query the store may have on same. You will ensure the accurate, consistent, and timely input of data into the accounting system. You will analyse financial Expenditure / Sales trends. You will manage weekly cashflow preparation. You will process Payroll. You will be responsible for Month-end
reporting. You will be responsible for Year-end close processes. you will manage year end Creditors Ledger. You will be sending out the sales Analyses. You Bank reconciliation on an add hoc basis. You will process uniform Orders and Queries on a Thursday and Friday when the Data Entry Clerk is out. you will be assisting in the Supervision of two members of Staff (Data Entry Clerk and Office Administration person). You will be involved in Weekly and Monthly reports control and follow up. You will have general Office Duties. You will get the opportunity to be involved in Project Work.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong IT skills and strong ability on MS Excel, MS Word, Partner for Windows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Minimum of 5 years work experience. An ability to question and improve processes. Have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of the team. Process-oriented with attention to detail. Experience with a legal or professional service company. Ability to use own initiative and be self-motivated. Strong commercial awareness.
