Your new company will be a recognised, leading independent distributor of engineering materials and solutions to the infrastructure and construction sectors, which is located in Dublin West. They are a well-established company and have an excellent reputation. This company offer working with a strong finance team within the office.
Your new role
Your new role will be reporting to the Financial controller as part of a strong finance team, you will be responsible for the day to day workflow of the Purchase Ledger which covers all aspects of purchase ledger from invoice postings, managing the payment process, Vat and other revenue reporting for all companies.
The role requires a good attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be part qualified and have relevant experience in a similar role, however candidates with relevant experience or studying towards accounting exams are encouraged to apply.
You will need to be able to perform the processing of invoices and credit notes of high volumes to strict timetables.
Experience with SAGE and similar systems would be advantageous.
