Administrator - Dublin City Centre - Up to €40,000 DOE

Are you a detailed orientated individual, with strong letter writing and excel skills looking for an exciting new challenge within a fast paced, dynamic organisation? My client, a highly reputable auctioneers based in the heart of the city centre are looking for an administrator to join their head office team on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role
As the administrator you will play a key role in the operations of the organisation. You will will act in a support role to make sure that the office runs smoothly, working closely with company directors. Your daily duties will vary but typically you will find yourself typing, formatting and proof reading valuations, letters and other documents. Updating and maintaining client data bases and mailing lists. Covering reception as required, data entry, scanning and filing, sorting postage and assisting with auction work such as internet bidding, phone bidding and entering results.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will able to manage and prioritise their workload efficiently and to work with minimum supervision. You will need to have excellent English, written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail. To be successful in this role you must be highly organised. A good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

You must have experience working in a fast paced professional environment. Experience working in electioneering is a real bonus but not essential for this role as training will be provided.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid a salary of up to €40,000 depending on your experience and get the chance to work closely with the directors of this successful organisation.
