Your new role
Your new company is currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join the Kildare office. This role will see you work closely with the design team and also with clients and construction teams. You will be responsible for the preparing of planning and construction documentation and other statutory applications. Liaising and co-ordinating meetings on-site with contractors and clients. You will co-ordinate and review design information, and will have the opportunity to work on various exciting projects across different industries such as, residential developments, education, commercial, pharmaceutical and fit-out projects. You will gain experience within this role which will excel you in your career development.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Architectural Technologist with ideally 3 – 5 years' post graduate experience. You will have previous experience working on medium to large scale projects, working closely with multi-discipline teams. On site experience would be an advantage, however is not necessary. You will be enthusiastic, creative, and have excellent design capabilities and verbal and written communication skills. Relevant knowledge of Irish building regulations is essential along with proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe, and Sketchup. Proficiency in Revit would be an advantage.
