Your new company is a leading global financial services company. You’ll be joining their European head office in Dublin.

Your new role
You will be joining the Issuer Services Department, which is part of the wider custody and issuer services group. This department looks after corporate trust clients including major international companies, financial institutions, banks, public sector organisations. As Issuer Services Representative, you will be responsible for payment processing and reconciliation. You’ll be reviewing and inputting static data and processing trades. You’ll be liaising internally and externally with your client base and providing excellent customer service throughout. You’ll also be responsible for submission for some periodic and regulatory reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have ample experience within financial services, including knowledge payments and banking operations. You’ll need to be a natural when it comes to customer service and dealing with internal and external stakeholders. On a personal level you’ll need to be able to work within a team with high volumes and be able to multi-task between job processes over the course of day. You’ll need to have strong communication, organisational and relationship management skills.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a temporary assignment through Hays, with an initial duration of 6 months but this may be extended or could also lead to a permanent position.
