Business Banking Specialist- Competitive hourly rate - 6 Month Contract – Remote Working

Your new role
You will work collaboratively with Relationship management teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience and complete branch operations/activities accurately and efficiently in a customer focused manner with frequent direct engagement with large Business Banking. You will also deal with customers in relation to Account Openings and have the ability to work with customer daily banking activities to tight timelines in order to achieve customer resolution in an efficient manner.
What you'll need to succeed
Someone who is a team player, self-starter, and an innovator. You will have previous experience in a Banking Operations & Account Opening role. Also, you will have knowledge of AML/CJA guidelines and procedures. Experience of SME business banking is an advantage but not essential. While QFA is preferable, minimum requirement of APA Loans and APA Savings & Investments.
