Your new company is one of the top innovation initiatives of a leading global provider of reinsurance with the vision to become a global, class-leading provider of data-driven and fully integrated “invoice-to-cash" solutions for small and medium sized businesses. This company is operational in Spain and is currently expanding into Ireland.

Your new role will involve leading a project responsible for all claims related matters, including conducting due diligences, onboarding partners, aligning with with other units. You will identify and contract with local cooperation partners (e.g. debt collection agency, fraud detection services) You will e nsure claims related topics are incorporated in the legal terms and conditions along with p ropose, design, and implement new digital processes and tools to improve the claims journey for all stakeholders involved. This will role will also involve t ranslating claims needs into business processes and user requirements along with w orking closely with Product Owners to ensure Claims specific needs are well understood.

What you'll need to succeed is 5+ years of experience in the trade credit insurance business along with an i n depth relevant and practical Claims management expertise across Europe (at least from 2 out of the following countries: Spain, Germany, Italy and France) at a European insurer or with a best in class TPA. You will be e xperienced with different product models and understanding of different European geographical regulatory set-ups. You will have a clear understanding of technical accounting for insurance premiums, claims, commissions, taxes etc along with p rocess innovation and redesign experience.
