Your new company
Would you like to work for one of Ireland’s leading banks? Their offices in Dublin City Centre are currently looking for a Complaints Investigator to join their team. This will be a hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week in their Dublin office. The complaints team look after complex complaints and their main objective is to mediate and come to a resolution for the customer while delivery great customer service. You will be joining a flexible working environment with great room for development.

Your new role
Your new role centres around investigating complaints to come up with a resolution for the customer. You will manage a great workload of cases and interact in dispute resolution with the FSPO office and to commune with the business on the preparation of statements. You would also be responding with queries from the FSPO office and will work through a case load of complaints while looking into financial data and liaising with internal stakeholders. You will assist your team managers to write up the response letters for the complaints adhering to timelines and SLA's.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, experience within a complaint’s role would be desirable with strong letter writing skills. You may also have experience dealing with arrears or restructures within a financial institution. You will also need to have a minimum of APA in Loans and Regulations. If you have great communication and organization skills and can work of your own initiative, then this is the role for you!
