The client is a Leading multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services. The role is offering a Hybrid working model and the client has offices in Waterford and Clonmel.

Your new role
The Continuous Improvement and Quality function provides support in the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement activity across our delivery centres, both in respect of our internal and external customers through the application of lean thinking, tools and techniques, and also in respect of providing quality and compliance governance across existing campaigns and in support of business development.

In leading the function, the Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager will be participating in and contributing to improvement activities across all lines of business including supporting cross-functional stakeholders in the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analytics: analysis of data sets to identify trends in metrics and correlations between metrics.
  • Change Management; determine impacts on introduction of new metrics on performance and business objectives.
  • Identification of the root of business problems and have the ability to simplify complex processes for wider understanding.
  • Analysis of existing process and make recommendations on ways of delivering efficiencies.
  • Responsible for the management of the CI and Quality team.
  • Documenting and analysing business processes in order to help make informed decisions on improving them.
  • Use expertise in the application of Lean and Change Management tools and techniques to interpret and apply the appropriate methods to deliver business improvement in line with site strategy.
  • Support the development of Lean Six Sigma projects, facilitating and governing improvement initiatives using applicable change tools and techniques.
  • Manage the client relationship to ensure excellence and focus on quality and compliance.
  • Support the Business in the development of Quality and Process across all sites.
Ensure absolute adherence to all Quality system requirements

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Primary Degree and Six Sigma / LEAN qualification.
  • Previous experience in a business improvement role, not necessarily contact centre
  • Proven track record of managing/delivering business improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and data analytics tools.
  • The capacity to assess complex material and formulate clear and balanced advice.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, influencing and supporting others.
  • A flexible and collaborative working style.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, delegate as appropriate and effectively manage business requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
