Credit Controller. The successful candidate would join an experienced Credit Controller in the finance team.

Large Manufacturing company based in Little Island.
Your new role Responsible for day to day credit and collection activities on customer accounts including timely collection of customer balances and chasing of outstanding debts
Responsible for resolving all queries that may result in possible delays to payment in an efficient and proactive manner including interaction with the Sales team and others.
Timely and accurate posting of receipts from customers into AR ledger and allocation against outstanding invoices.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all customer payments are processed and correctly allocated to customer accounts
Responsible for new account openings in conjunction with Finance Manager and in line Group guidelines
Raising of credit notes to include rebates, small query charges and any other relevant credits as agreed with the General Manager/Finance Manager
Approval of customer orders in line with Credit Control guidelines
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 2 years' Accounts Receivable/Credit Control experience in a busy accounts role; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Strong numeracy and competent basic accounting skills;
Experience with computerised accounts packages, preferably SAP;
Excellent computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
