Your new role
You will have to delivery on agreed targets for new business and retention through the use of selling and retention skills, handling a requisite volume of calls efficiently ensuring that our call answering objectives for the customer.
You will have to working closely with team colleagues to collectively achieve overall targets set are met.
Execution of policy amendments in an efficient manner ensuring that all customers needs are met.

What you'll need to succeed

• To be Customer focused at all time.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• To have previous customer service experience.
• To have excellent phone manner.
• Energetic approach and positive outlook.
• Excellent Microsoft word and excel skills.
