Would you like to work for one of Ireland’s leading banks? Their offices in Sandyford are currently looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join their team. This company provides a wide range of corporate and personal banking services based throughout the Republic of Ireland and are looking to expand their team. Are you looking for an opportunity to learn how to help customers in financial difficulty? do you have a natural telephone manner? Then this may be the role for you.
Your new role
As a Customer Operations Specialist you, will have the responsibility for managing account limits for banking customers. You will communicate with customers and understand their requirements regarding arears also have any information to hand that they need quickly and efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed Excellence customer service skills in a fast-paced environment is needed for this role, with efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills. APA Loans is essential for this role. Previous banking experience is beneficial but it’s not necessary as full training is provided.
