Your new role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for many duties which include resolving customer queries via phone mail and chat while maintaining the strong relationship between the company and the customer. You will also contribute to the success of both the team and company within their positive, goal driven environment.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have Experience within a customer service role where you have been dealing with a substantial volume of phone calls and emails. You will need to have excellent written and spoken English whilst also having the ability to multitask and work off your own initiative, ensuring that all customer queries are responded to in a professional manner. Finally, you will be an individual who enjoys working as part of progressive and supportive team.
