A large travel and service group located in Dublin. Your new company are looking for a Data Engineer to join their team to work on a project within their unit.

Your new role

You will be required to design, develop and implement data engineering services for the organisations Infrastructure business unit. You will be required to be available work on integrating data from Oracle Unifier and Oracle Primavera P6 systems the organisations data warehouse and build relevant semantic views to support the automated reporting for business users. The scope of this position is to develop integrations for P6 & Unifier data into Oracle CDW, design & develop semantic view for business users to view and report on data from CDW and deploy the solution to production.

What you'll need to succeed

• Oracle & Microsoft Database Development – SQL, PL-SQL, T-SQL.
• Microsoft Data & Analytics Technology stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and Power BI).

• REST/SOAP API Development using .NET/C# to consume data.
• Good understanding of data warehouse and BI architecture and concepts to best serve a DW environment, Operational Data Store and/or EDW.
• ETL programming skills, including experience with large code bases, complex data structures, and a variety of BI development tools.
