A global organisation with their Irish HQ based in Limerick are currently looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join their growing team on a fixed 12-month contract in their Limerick office. Your new role
You will be reporting to the Human Resource Manager. As an Employee Relations Consultant within this global organisation, you will advise, counsel and serve as a subject matter expert on various Employee Relations (ER) issues - including investigations, violations of policy, progressive discipline, involuntary terminations, employment law, interpretation and administration of corporate human resources policies/procedures for Ireland, review and develop HR policies and procedures (in conjunction with the policy lead) to meet the needs of the organisation, respond to changing legislation, and facilitate the adoption of best practices and manage the handling of data subject access requests.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as the Employee Relations Consultant, you will ideally need to have relevant experience within a similar role. In addition, you will have knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices, good analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively and track record of conducting investigations, performance, and probation management, disciplinary and grievances.
