Your new role

This role will incorporate elements of working with the Employee Services/ HR Shared response centre; Support Services, Record Maintenance and Reporting; and Payroll and Pension processing. You will also have the opportunity to become involved in procedure development, process enhancement, technology improvements, and in the delivery of continual improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be degree qualified in Business / HR and possess an IPASS qualification. This role requires substantial relevant experience including strong payroll and customer service experience, excellent analytical skills, and software experience (Oracle, SharePoint, and MS Office). You will also be a highly motivated professional who demonstrates plenty of initiative and first rate organisational skills, and who enjoys working both within a team and cross-functionally.
