Your new company is a global transfer agency service provider. They provide technology and service solutions. Across the globe, institutional investors rely on the company to help them manage risk, and drive performance and profitability.
Your new role will require you to Manage complex operational and managerial problems that are referred by clients and stakeholders, recommending best practices and continuous process improvement. You will Influence the leadership and culture of the TA Operations group in Ireland with a focus on ethical behaviours and values as set out in corporate standards. Managing and overseeing compliance with AML/CFT measures etc.
What you'll need to succeed is 10-15 years’ experience in a similar environment including at least 5-7 years in a management capacity. You will be able to display a strong understanding of the corporate workings of a global service. Also, knowledge of the Transfer Agency business is required.
