Hays are delighted to represent a Top law firm in Dublin in their search for a Defendant Healthcare Litigation Associate Solicitor to join their well respected Healthcare Team.

Your new role

In this role you will be shaping the establishment of new client relationships and broadening the scope of your practice through supporting a broad range of existing clients.

  • You will concentrate on clinical negligence work with the scope to provide input into complaint responses, advise on risk management and patient safety initiatives whilst working within a team that can support a healthcare provider.
  • You will draw on opportunities to act for the company’s wide client base, while keeping its sights firmly set on continuing to win new business in this rapidly evolving, most interesting area.
  • You will be part of a unique team at the forefront of healthcare litigation which has enjoyed significant success and acts for a wide range of clients on the defence side.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be a successful candidate, you will need solid experience of the range of healthcare litigation, focussing on work for defendants whether they be insurers, private clients, defence organisations or NHSR.

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor with 1 YR PQE + gained in Healthcare Litigation (Defence) with a leading commercial firm and team.
  • You will demonstrate technical and commercial expertise, a team based approach, enthusiasm for delivering 'value adds' such as training and attention to detail (including data/MI) delivering excellent result
  • You will be passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering fantastic client service
