As Housing Services Administrator, you will join an ambitious non-profit organisation who provide customer-focused housing and support services that was established over 20 years ago. You new office is located in Dublin City centre and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis and will offer you a hybrid working model.

Your new role
As Housing Services Administrator, you will join a multi-talented team within a professional and fast-paced office environment. Your main duties will include providing administrative support to the Director of Operational Performance and the Housing Operations Team, creating reports, processing applications, keeping the database up to date and dealing with general queries.In addition, you will register new tenancies with the RTB, liaise with stakeholders, schedule meetings, minute-taking, process invoices, support Reception when necessary, proactively create KPI reports for management along with any other ad-hoc administrative duties that may fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
To become Housing Services Administrator, ideally you will have recent relevant experience within an administrative role, social housing is desirable. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential. Strong typing skills with proficiency minuting meetings is necessary. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary as you will be supporting a busy department. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with a range of stakeholders and the public.

With clear and relevant examples of your communication, co-ordination and administrative skills at a senior level, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
