Your new company
As HR Administrator you will join a leading cleaning specialist company. Your new office in conveniently located in Dublin 11 and is accessible via public transport. Your new company require you to join their team for 6-8 weeks with a view to extension.
Your new role
As HR administrator, your duties will include the monitoring of a HR inbox for over 700 employees and updating confidential data onto the database, along with general administrative duties. Full training will be provided in this office based role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role. Good administration skills are required such as MS Office, MS Word, and Excel. Savvy IT skills is preferable as the office is transitioning from paper to paperless. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Excellent organisational, problem solving, and resolution skills are necessary.
