Your new role

In your new role as HR & Training Coordinator you will be working alongside the HR Manager and will mainly be looking after all the training coordination such as sending out the training calendar of events to the Engineers to ensure and monitor that they are staying on top of their CPD hours, liaising with external training providers, setting up training plans and meetings. The role will also involve some onboarding coordination for new starters and diversity and inclusion administration.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a 3rd level qualification in a relevant field and have a passion for Training and Development. You will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You will also have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Training/HR administration.
