My client is a leading global bank, conducting business in more than 160 countries and jurisdictions. Providing their client’s a broad range of financial products and services, they are located in heart of Dublin. This role will be a hybrid model, with an office location in the IFSC.
Your new role
You’ll liaise with client and the sales manager to understand the client's service needs in order to match them to our delivery capabilities, producing and managing a detailed implementation plan, using standard templates. You’ll also produce a detailed service requirements document for agreement by both the client and bank, to be used as a baseline for implementation. While ensuring the timely distribution, negotiation, completion and lodgement of client documentation, you’ll also brief the operations, customer service and digital service teams, as well as product management and other areas as required, to define and agree implementation timetables with all parties. You’ll co-ordinate all aspects of the implementation to ensure delivery in accordance with the client's requirements and agreed project, coordinating the asset migration. You’ll also conduct post implementation reviews with the client and the banks units involved to monitor satisfaction and effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
You have strong understanding of Custody Product and Operations, with great negotiating and influencing skills you have at least 5 years within the Financial Services Sector. With a proven track record being accountable and delivering for multi-faceted projects, you’ll ideally have formal training in project management methodologies or evidence of knowledge of same. You have strong project management skills, and practical experience in planning, monitoring and reporting using detailed project plans, preferably with recognised project management tools. You’re highly motivated and self-reliant, with demonstrable initiative and flexibility, with an ability to understand, document and translate complex concepts and processes. You’ve a proven ability to manage successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
