Your new role
In your new role you will guide resources, facilitate team demand management and capacity planning, as well as managing the sequencing and operational interdependencies of all IT Operations related initiatives. You will also has responsibility for managing the data centres and IT/OT infrastructure for the organisation, including IT availability and IT continuity. This role requires collaboration and sharing of IT team responsibilities across the IT Infrastructure team as required and requires close alignment with the IT Operations Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have ten years’ plus IT work experience and five years’ in an infrastructure management role in an environment.
Demonstrable and recent experience in IT/OT infrastructure operations including managing external service providers.
Knowledge of various operating system server and converged infrastructure architectures, integration technologies, web server administration, backup utilities, system monitoring tools, enterprise application infrastructure management, OT disciplines, and communications technologies all seen as desirable for the role
